Pricing depends on your group size and vehicle choice. We have options for every budget — from intimate tours in our 8-seater Mercedes to large celebrations in a 57-seater coach. Fill in our enquiry form with your budget and we’ll tailor the perfect day

From 2 to 57 guests! We have luxury vehicles for small groups (up to 7), 14-seater Mercedes vans, 25-seater buses, and full-size coaches for bigger celebrations.

Anywhere you like! We offer doorstep pickup and drop-off across Melbourne and surrounds. Whether it’s your home, hotel, or a central meeting point — we’ll come to you.

We run birthday wine tours to Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Bellarine Peninsula, and Macedon Ranges. You can also mix it up with stops like breweries, distilleries, and restaurants.

Absolutely! You can pick your favourite wineries or let us recommend the best spots based on your group’s taste. We’ll visit up to 5 venues throughout the day.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks on the bus. We have chilled coolers on board to keep things fresh. Just note that your own food and drinks cannot be consumed at the wineries we visit.
In regards to the birthday cake – We can help you to liaise with the restaurant manager to order a birthday cake for you at one of the organised stops.

You decide! Our private birthday tours are completely flexible. Most groups depart between 9-10am and return around 5pm, but we can adjust to suit your plans.

Lunch is pay-as-you-go at your chosen venue. We’ll book a table at a beautiful winery restaurant, or you can opt for a vineyard picnic — your call.
