Great experience today with Gilbert, great to have such a friendly, passionate, knowledgeable driver who by the end of it felt more like a friend showing us around rather than a paid guide! Loved the variety and amount of wineries they took us to and its a very well thought out itinerary. The trips between wineries did not at all feel as long as he suggested they were and this was largely due to the nice driving and friendly atmosphere!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **An absolute ripper of a day – especially for solo travellers!**

I had such a wonderful day on this tour. **As a solo traveller, I honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough.** Travelling on your own can sometimes feel a little daunting on a group tour, but from the very start I felt welcomed, included and right at home. It was one of those days where you can just relax, have a laugh and enjoy yourself.

The tour was **great value for money** and so well organised, with a brilliant mix of food, wine, gin, whisky, chocolate and gorgeous Yarra Valley scenery. Every stop had something different to enjoy.

**The Yarra Valley Pie Stop** – A great way to kick things off! A proper Aussie country-style stop, with a delicious pie and a chance to settle into the day.

**Soumah of Yarra Valley** – Beautiful setting and a lovely wine-tasting experience. The wines were excellent, and the surrounding vineyard scenery was just gorgeous.

**St Huberts Cellar Door** – Another fantastic tasting experience, with a beautiful cellar-door atmosphere and plenty of opportunity to discover some great local wines.

**Yarra Valley Chocolaterie** – Such a fun stop and definitely dangerous for anyone with a sweet tooth! So many tempting chocolates and treats — and a lovely place to wander around and indulge a little.

**Balgownie Estate Vineyard Resort & Spa** – A fantastic way to round out the day, with beautiful grounds and another chance to enjoy the Yarra Valley atmosphere before heading back to Melbourne.

A **massive thank you to Gilberto, our guide and driver**, who really made the day. He has a huge welcoming smile, a fantastic personality and loads of local knowledge. His genuine enthusiasm and friendly nature made everyone feel comfortable and part of the group. As a solo traveller, I really appreciated that — **I never once felt like the odd one out.**

And I have to give a shout-out to the **Spotify playlist!** What a great soundtrack for the day. It made the drives so much fun and created such a relaxed, happy atmosphere. I reckon I enjoyed the music almost as much as the wine and scenery!

I absolutely loved the whole experience and would **highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne, locals looking for a great day out, and especially fellow solo travellers.** It’s a brilliant way to see the Yarra Valley, meet people and have a top day without having to worry about doing it all on your own.

**Great value, genuine customer-focused service, fantastic people and a bloody good day out!**
