The boarding instructions were easy to follow and Gilbert, our guide was really nice, made sure were all settled in, comfortable at every venue and select our fav music for the way back! Our Yarra Valley tour with Matt was relaxed, kid-friendly (provided hot chocolate & apple juice “tasting†for my daughter), and we enjoyed wonderful wine tastings and delicious local treats. Our Great Ocean Road tour with Doc was magical — he helped us spot wild kangaroos at Anglesea Golf Club, kept the kids engaged with fun facts about the coast, and made sure we saw all the iconic sights without rushing.
