5 Star Review and exceptional service from Jack ( Tour Guide) On Sept 23rd we had the BEST day touring through Yarra Valley. Jack ( Tour Guide) was exceptional from start to finish. He was so friendly, accomodating and everything was completed with a great big smile. Jacks communication was excellent, keeping us up to date with the timetable for the day, even mentioning the 10 minutes of windy roads, which was handy to know. Jack made everyone feel included and welcome. Even choosing one favourite song each on the trip home was great fun and we felt like we had made some new friends.
