The tour was super well organised and we had a great amount of time at each place, Matt was great at keeping us on schedule without rushing us! Tony at st Hubert’s deserves an extra special shoutout because he was on his own but was charming the entire winery. Still took the time to be patient with us and walk us through each tasting!
